1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the 7db platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

These terms form the entire legal agreement between you and 7db. They supersede all prior oral or written communications, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein. 7db reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 7db you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or using the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person or entity.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using gambling services.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information and keep it up to date.

7db reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and may request supporting documentation such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account at 7db. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a third party's identity — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 7db will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with our fair-play and anti-fraud standards, 7db may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching your registered number).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 7db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7db supports a range of local and digital payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected international card networks such as Visa and Mastercard where available.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time. The minimum deposit amount and applicable limits are displayed within your account portal at the time of transaction. 7db does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the 7db account holder.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account number used to make the original deposit.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request can be approved.

7db reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if fraud, irregular gameplay, or a breach of these terms is suspected. In such cases, the relevant account will be reviewed and the player notified in a timely manner.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7db offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own specific wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier and minimum odds (where relevant) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be voided automatically.
• A player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and may result in account termination.
• 7db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are player offers, not contractual entitlements.

If 7db suspects that a bonus is being claimed in a fraudulent or abusive manner — including through irregular betting patterns designed to lock in a profit regardless of game outcome — 7db may void the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it, and may additionally close the relevant account.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 7db — whether on cricket matches (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), live casino games, slots, crash games, or fish games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event. These rules are available within each game's interface and may be updated periodically to reflect changes from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt.

7db uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and live-dealer integrations to ensure the fairness and integrity of all games. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection mid-game, 7db will apply its best endeavours to resolve the situation fairly, including restoring game state where technically possible. 7db's decision on disputes arising from technical errors is final.

Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 7db system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. If a live event is postponed, cancelled, or voided after betting markets have closed, stakes will be returned to the player's account in accordance with the applicable event rules displayed at the time of betting.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7db platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Money laundering, depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using 7db to facilitate any financial crime.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 7db staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel.

7db actively monitors accounts for irregular activity. If any of the above behaviours are detected, 7db will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include reporting relevant information to applicable authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7db may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder is in breach of these terms; (b) there is a risk of fraud or money laundering; (c) the account holder is a minor (under 21 years of age); or (d) closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances not subjectto wagering completion are forfeited upon account closure.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

7db collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7db uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. 10. Limitation of Liability

7db provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7db disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 7db does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 7db, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 7db has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7db's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

7db is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling, if not managed carefully, can become harmful. 7db reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
